These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings, memberships, purchases and use of Ritual's facilities and website. By making a booking, purchasing a membership or entering our premises, you agree to these Terms.

2. Our Services
Ritual provides wellness services including but not limited to:
•    Sauna sessions 
•    Cold plunge sessions 
•    Contrast therapy sessions 
•    Memberships 
•    Session bundles 
•    Private hire 
•    Gift vouchers 
•    Food and drinks from the Recovery Café 
All services are subject to availability.

 

3. Bookings
Bookings are made online through our booking system. A booking is not confirmed until payment has been successfully received. Customers are responsible for ensuring their booking details are correct before completing payment.

 

4. Prices
All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£). Prices may change at any time but changes will not affect existing confirmed bookings. Membership prices may change in the future. Members will be given reasonable notice before any increase takes effect.

5. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their booking up to 3 hours before the session start time. Where a cancellation is made at least 3 hours before the session, a refund will be made to the original payment method. Cancellations made less than 3 hours before the session start time are non-refundable. Failure to attend a booked session will be treated as a late cancellation and no refund or replacement session will be provided.

 

6. Rescheduling
Customers may reschedule their booking up to 3 hours before the session start time, subject to availability. Bookings cannot be changed within 3 hours of the session.

7. Memberships
Memberships are billed monthly unless otherwise stated. There is no minimum contract term.
Memberships continue until cancelled. Cancellation will stop future payments but does not refund payments already made. Unused sessions do not carry over into future billing periods unless expressly stated. Membership benefits are personal and cannot be shared.

8. Session Bundles
Session bundles are non-transferable. Bundles must be used before any expiry date displayed at purchase. Unused sessions have no cash value. Lost or unused sessions will not be refunded.

9. Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are non-refundable. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift vouchers must be redeemed before their expiry date. Ritual is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged gift vouchers.

10. Arrival
Customers should arrive at least 10 minutes before their booked session. Late arrival may reduce the length of the session. Where a customer arrives too late to participate safely, entry may be refused. No refund will be provided.

​

11. Health & Safety
Customers must follow all instructions given by Ritual staff. Customers participate entirely at their own risk. Customers confirm they have completed any required health questionnaire or waiver honestly. Ritual reserves the right to refuse entry where staff believe participation may present a risk to the customer or others.

12. Behaviour
We want Ritual to remain a welcoming and respectful environment. We may refuse entry or ask customers to leave if they:
•    behave aggressively 
•    threaten staff or other customers 
•    are abusive 
•    appear intoxicated through alcohol or drugs 
•    damage property 
•    fail to follow staff instructions 
No refund will be issued where entry is refused due to customer behaviour.

13. Personal Property
Customers bring belongings into Ritual at their own risk. Ritual cannot accept responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings unless caused by our negligence.

​

14. Clothing & Footwear
Appropriate swimwear must be worn where required. Customers should follow all hygiene guidance provided by staff. Suitable footwear should be worn where appropriate.

15. Café Purchases
Food and drink purchases are subject to availability. Please inform staff of any allergies before purchasing. Whilst every effort is made, Ritual cannot guarantee food is completely free from allergens.

16. Private Hire
Private hire bookings may require a deposit. Cancellation terms for private hire may differ from standard bookings and will be confirmed at the time of booking. Damage caused during private hire may be charged to the organiser.

17. Photography & Social Media
Customers may occasionally appear in photographs or videos taken within the premises.
Where photography is being carried out for promotional purposes, customers will be given the opportunity to opt out wherever reasonably practicable. Customers must not photograph or film other guests without their permission.

18. Website
Whilst we aim to keep our website accurate, we cannot guarantee that all information is free from errors. We reserve the right to amend prices, descriptions and availability without notice.

19. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded under the laws of England and Wales.
Subject to that, Ritual shall not be liable for:
•    indirect or consequential losses 
•    loss of earnings 
•    loss of business 
•    loss of enjoyment 
•    loss of personal belongings unless caused by our negligence 
Our total liability arising from any booking shall not exceed the amount paid for that booking.

20. Force Majeure
Ritual shall not be liable for failure to provide services where circumstances beyond our reasonable control prevent us from doing so, including but not limited to:
•    power failures 
•    flooding 
•    severe weather 
•    fire 
•    government restrictions 
•    pandemics 
•    equipment failure 
Where possible, affected bookings will be rearranged.

21. Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse bookings or entry where necessary for safety, operational or legal reasons.

22. Intellectual Property
All content on the Ritual website, including logos, branding, photographs and text, remains the property of Ritual and may not be reproduced without written permission.

23. Privacy
Your personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

​

24. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
