RELEASE OF LIABILITY & PARTICIPATION WAIVER

By completing my booking and participating in activities at Ritual, a trading name of STILL RECOVERY LIMITED (Company Number 17349884), I confirm that:

• I understand that sauna, cold plunge and contrast therapy activities involve inherent risks, including dizziness, fainting, dehydration, overheating, hypothermia, changes in heart rate or blood pressure, slips, trips, falls and the aggravation of existing medical conditions.

• I confirm that I am participating voluntarily and have considered my own health before taking part. To the best of my knowledge, I am medically fit to participate. If I have any medical condition, cardiovascular disease, epilepsy, respiratory illness, am pregnant, or have any concerns about my health, I will seek advice from a qualified medical professional before participating.

• I confirm that I will not participate whilst under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs or any medication that may impair my judgement or ability to use the facilities safely.

• I agree to follow all instructions given by Ritual staff and comply with all posted rules and safety guidance. I will use the facilities responsibly, within my own limits, and will leave the sauna or cold plunge immediately if I feel unwell or am instructed to do so by a member of staff.

• I understand that participation is entirely voluntary and that I am responsible for deciding whether to continue participating at any point during my visit.

• I understand that Ritual reserves the right to refuse or end my participation if staff reasonably believe it would be unsafe for me or others to continue.

• I understand that I am responsible for my personal belongings. Ritual accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal property unless caused by its negligence.

• I acknowledge that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Ritual shall not be liable for any injury, illness, loss or damage arising from my participation, except where liability cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

• I understand that my personal information will be processed for the purposes of administering my booking, membership and use of the facilities in accordance with Ritual's Privacy Policy.
